I’m Marius Schröder, a software engineering leader based in Karlsruhe, Germany. Since 1 September 2026, I have been Fachgruppenleiter Softwareentwicklung at GTÜ Gesellschaft für Technische Überwachung mbH.

In this role, I combine technical and disciplinary leadership with responsibility for delivery, prioritization, engineering standards, and the continued development of a software organization. My goal is to give teams the clarity and technical context they need to deliver reliable software.

My experience covers more than 10 years of software development, including .NET and C#, Azure, cloud-native systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, IoT, CI/CD, and agile product development.
